Free Tickets
Tickets for visitors under 18, people with disabilities and their companions, holders of affiliated cards such as the Abbonamento Musei, Torino + Piemonte Card, Royal Pass, and ICOM, as well as teaching staff with documentation as specified in Circular 80 of June 20, 2025, cannot be reserved or issued online.
You must go in person to the ticket office on the day of your visit, present the documents listed at the following link: https://cultura.gov.it/agevolazioni, and your free ticket will be printed on the spot.
Free Admission Days
Free admission days at state museums and cultural sites are the first Sunday of every month, April 25, June 2, and November 4.
For these dates, no reservations of any kind can be made: neither for individual visitors nor for groups.
Free tickets cannot be issued online: you must go in person to the ticket office on one of the days listed above, and your free ticket will be printed on the spot.
For security reasons, no exceptions can be made.
Reservations required for groups (minimum 7 people) and schools
Please send requests only to the following email address:

We ask that you provide us immediately with the following exact details:
the exact date of the visit (please note that we are closed on Wednesdays) the desired time, or at least a specific time slot
the exact total number of visitors (including chaperones and/or guides, specifying the number of each)
We also ask that you:
specify whether the group is a school group or a tourist group (non-school)
specify, if applicable, how many visitors are eligible for special discounts (https://cultura.gov.it/agevolazioni)
Without this essential information, we will not be able to process your reservation.
School groups:
Reservation fee: €10.00 per group (maximum 25 people)
Accompanying teachers, any guides, and students (both minors and adults): free admission
Tourist groups (non-school):
Booking fee: €15.00 per group (maximum 25 people)
Reduced group admission ticket: €13.00 per person
