Synopsis

An exclusive tour through the Royal Museums to discover the language of power through its rituals. From court ceremonies to the symbols of the monarchy, from ceremonial venues to the most private spaces, the tour takes visitors on a journey to discover the gestures, codes, and traditions that have shaped the authority of the House of Savoy over the centuries. The tour continues through the streets of downtown Turin, among squares, palaces, theaters, and churches, where power would emerge from the Royal Palace to present itself to the city, celebrate its successes, affirm divine favor, and preserve the memory of the dynasty. A journey through history, art, and fascinating facts to understand how every form of power has always found in ritual one of its most effective tools for legitimization and representation.
